Welcome
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the first joint forum for the following programs:
· QUMAX (Quality Use of Medicines Maximised for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples)
· S100 Supply to Remote Area Aboriginal Health Services
· S100 Pharmacy Support Allowance Program.
The joint forum will be held in Melbourne at the newly refurbished Sebel Albert Park on the 26 and 27 March 2012.
This will be an opportunity for Community Pharmacies and Aboriginal Health Services involved in these programs to share their experiences, build networks and hear from key stakeholders of the programs. The Forum will showcase case studies from each of the programs and provide participants with the opportunity to discuss the implementation and development of these programs at a local level.
The Forum program will be developed over the coming months and will in part be informed by feedback received by program participants.
Funding for travel and accommodation is available but will be limited.
